A photograph of the opening does not fill that column. Write the type, the size, and whether the size is the rough opening or the frame. Add the project location on the same page.

A project quotation prices the quantities, finishes, and project location you send. There is no catalog list price. What to send
- Product type, taken from the schedule
- Sizes, and whether they are rough openings or frames
- Quantities and finishes
- Project location
- Anything still open, marked open
What this note will not do
Division 8 USA quotes the package you send. It does not publish a list price, install the work, or invent a missing type.
