FAQs

Questions from project teams.

Short answers for procurement. Product pages go further on sizes, drains, and door types.

What does Division 8 USA supply?

Windows, cabinets, shower doors, tub and shower surrounds, shower pans, and accessories. The list is on the products page.

Who is the buyer?

Developers, general contractors, architects, designers, procurement staff, construction managers, and property owners. The buildings are hospitality, multifamily, commercial, student housing, and senior living.

Are you the installer or the manufacturer?

Neither. Division 8 USA sources and quotes products. Installation stays with the trades on the project. See services.

Where is the office?

3455 S Dairy Ashford Rd #160, Houston, TX 77082. Phone (713) 938-9600. Email info@division8usa.com. Put the project location on the quote. This site does not state a delivery territory.

Is there a list price?

No. Each quotation is for the quantities, finishes, and location submitted.

What should a window quote include?

Opening type, sizes, frame finish, glazing if the specification requires it, quantity, project location, and the specification section. Types are listed under commercial windows.

What should a shower package include?

Door type and opening size, surround pattern and unit size, pan drain and size, and any niches or footrests. Start with shower doors, surrounds, and pans.

Do you publish ADA certification for shower pans?

No. Send the accessible shower design from the drawings. The quote follows those dimensions and does not replace the project's code review. Details are on the ADA shower pan page.

Which surround patterns can be named?

Cultured-marble names and codes, including Contemporary (CG), Linear Listello (LL), Subway (SB), and Chevron H4 (H4), plus the longer request list and the cast-polymer textures, are on surrounds. Sheen is separate. Dimensions are shown only where a product sheet was reviewed.

How do I request a quote?

Use Request a Quote, call (713) 938-9600, or email info@division8usa.com. Name, email, phone, and a description of the scope are required. Company, category, location, quantity, and timeline help, and they are optional on the form.

Are the desk notes a specification?

No. The notes are written for buyers. Sizes, patterns, and manufacturer reference figures stay on the product pages. The notes do not add a warranty, an approval, or a delivery territory.

How often is a new note published?

One note goes live each day from October 12, 2026 through April 11, 2027, using the Houston calendar. Titles that are still ahead are listed on the blog until that morning.
