Industries

Where the products are specified.

Hospitality, multifamily, commercial, student housing, and senior living. Each quote follows the documents for that building type.

Hospitality

Guest-room baths, PTAC openings, and interior finishes, quoted from the project documents. Send the key count, bath types, and the date product has to be on site.

Multifamily

Apartment and condominium buildings repeat a unit bath, a window type, and an interior finish. Send the unit count, the elevations, and the finish schedule. Window packages are on commercial windows. Bath packages start with shower doors, surrounds, and pans.

Commercial

Offices and other commercial interiors use the same sourcing path: the specification names the product, and the quote follows it. Shower systems and windows are quoted from those documents.

Student Housing

Residence halls and student apartments need the bed or unit count, the room types, and the delivery window. Repeated baths are the usual shower-door and surround scope. Windows follow the opening schedule.

Senior Living

Send the unit mix and any accessible shower sheets. Roll-in and transfer showers are quoted only when the drawings identify them. See ADA shower pans for what that request should contain. Division 8 USA does not certify compliance.
